Founded in 1344 by Infante Peter of Aragon and Anjou, the Hospital del Coll de Balaguer is a unique and monumental Gothic building designated as a Cultural Asset of National Interest. Originally conceived as both a hospital and a fortress at a strategic pass between Tarragona and Tortosa, it now houses a visitor center dedicated to the history of the monument and the surrounding area.
Its spaces, the wall and the towers make up a unique heritage environment, where music becomes a close and exciting experience, intimately connected with the memory of the place.
