Dj Catniz
Born in Hospitalet de l’Infant, DJ Catniz grew up with electronic music as her vital soundtrack. From a young age she experienced the beginnings of house thanks to her family’s musical passion: imported vinyls with the first sounds of Acid House from England, funky-house, tribal-house sessions and the evolution towards deep house and other aspects of the genre. That sound universe not only left its mark on her, but also turned electronics into her great passion.
Over the years, this musical heritage has become his own identity. DJ Catniz builds sets that draw on this house culture, combining hypnotic rhythms, organic grooves and enveloping atmospheres. His way of playing is based on respect for his origins but with a contemporary and open outlook, always seeking the balance between energy and depth.
He is part of the Wav.fle collective, a movement that understands electronic music as a space for creative freedom and collective connection. Within this framework, he develops sessions that evolve naturally, reading the track and building a sound story that invites you to let yourself be carried away.
