Who we are

Alma is an entity with a single ideal: equality and empowerment. With extensive experience, we have managed to create, support and lead various projects spanning music, gastronomy, land, nature and, most importantly, people.

We have been working in the cultural sector since the late 1990s, from associations to private companies and public institutions.

With over 20 years of experience organising both small and large-scale events, we have a broad understanding of the cultural industry, having created and engaged with culture over the years. This experience inspired the creation of Muses (female music scene). Through this project, we aim to contribute to the movement of highlighting the female voice on stage as a primary creative value.

Music has been the driving force of our lives, the passion to live, learn, grow, respect and understand other cultures and ways of life. We believe in an egalitarian world where everyone can express themselves with respect.

All these concerns enrich Alma through the people around us.
